Students from Public Schools will enjoy Php17,500.00 worth of SHS Voucher; and students from ESC grantee schools/private schools will enjoy Php14,000.00 worth of SHS Voucher.

From Private Schools, please bring with you the following documents:

1. ESC Certification 

2. SHS Voucher Program Certificate

Additional documents:

1. PSA/NSO Birth Certificate

2. F138 Report Card

3. Certificate of Good Moral
